Just a few points to note on this seasons Snow Operations: The team did a great job this season. They were responsive to all requests and showed great passion for the job and more often than not completed both primaries and secondaries with one visit. Procedural details were followed in regards to call ins, communications, attention to detail and priorities. Immediate response in the event of icy conditions to include follow through with cleanup. Proactive approach to storms and post season cleanup and Spring prepwork. So In talking with management, we agree it was a great year for snow ops and we appreciate the superior client focus.

I just signed up with your company to have my lawn treated. I’ve been dealing with Mario and I just want to share my experiences with him. I called your office and talked to him about treatment plans and he said that he would be more than happy to come over, discuss the plans and test my soil the same afternoon which was amazing. I honestly thought that he was the owner because I’ve never dealt with an employee that took so much time and went out of their way to explain everything and treat me and my home with so much care and sincerity as he did. It was as if he was working on his own yard. He dropped off his people who were excellent and didn’t miss an inch of my lawn and in fact,they went back to pick up some paper and a little garbage that was already on my lawn before they got there. Mario then came back to make sure they did a thorough job and inspected everything to make sure I was happy and I couldn’t be happier. I then wanted to give him the check and he said that the bill would be mailed to me and that he would never take any money from customers. I already had an appointment with a different company but after talking to him, I decided to go with you guys because of his honesty and excessive knowledge of the business. He was respectful, direct and educated me on the entire treatment plan and told me that he’ll stop by every now and then to see my lawn just to make sure everything was looking great and to make sure I was satisfied. I already recommended you guys to 7 of my family members who all live locally and will continue to have you guys treat my lawn while my family and I live here and that’s pretty much forever.
They built us a beautiful pool and waterfall with surrounding patio and landscaping. They also installed a paver walkway with stairs leading from our house to the pool. We had several bumps in the road, but they corrected everything promptly. It was nice to have everything done by one company. No other pool company offers that kind of service. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Very professional and responsive to concerns. We love our backyard oasis.

We opened our pool crazy early in preparation for our daughters’ bat mitzvah. Neave Group was accommodating and made sure everything was ready for the late night swim we had promised our kids and their friends. Crazy storm just before our big event left us with an overfull pool full of leaves. One text to our account manager in the morning and he came to the rescue and the pool was perfect and kid ready when we arrived. Two weeks later, we had a problem with the filter. Texted him on a Sunday evening, just to let him know, thinking we could deal with it Monday. Instead, he answered me immediately and by the time I touched base with the office on Monday, the work was already scheduled promptly, under warranty. It was completed exactly as promised.

We didn’t know what to expect when we partnered with Neave Décor. We had a poor experience with another company and didn’t have high expectations for the initial meeting. To say we were blown away is an understatement!
Kathleen, the owner, presented us with multiple design options in full color diagrams. She was incredibly accommodating to our ideas and very knowledgeable about the electrical needs that our design would require. Being able to see the designs superimposed on our building and landscaping made collaborating very easy. We could point to where we wanted lights and there was no miscommunication.
On the day of set-up the Neave workers were very courteous to our customers and very aware of our vehicles and active parking lot. They were friendly and very accommodating. They created exactly what we had agreed to. They were precise and cleaned up after themselves. They tested everything and made sure we were happy (we were!) before they left.
When it was time to light the building, during our holiday kickoff party, Kathleen was back to make sure everything went on without a hitch – it did.

Scott Neave and his team of professionals did a complete overhaul of our new construction home back in 2010. They leveled our yard, bluestone patio around pool, walkways, lighting, sprinkler systems, plantings, sod etc. The project was very involved with many moving parts. The best part of working with Neave was the one stop shopping and having all the professionals working in concert. I have recommended Neave to many of my friends and they have continued to impress.
I have been using Neave Decor for over five years now. Not only are they creative-they make my vision come to reality before my eyes. I have had them transform my interior to Holiday magic. I have been working with Neave for over 5 years. They have done various jobs for me. Neave Group landscaped our whole backyard including our patio area last year. This year, we called again to have them landscape the whole right side area along our driveway. No job is too small or too large for them to tackle. They listened and stayed within our budget. The team leaders were very knowledgeable in all aspects of our projects from the initial meeting to the last planting. Neave stands behind their warrantee of plants and workmanship even after a year. We plan to use Neave again for the left side of our house in Spring 2016.
We had an idea for a pool and spa. The designers from Neave sat with us, reviewed our concept, and came back with their design in the form of a beautiful computer rendering. Several months later, we now have an amazing pool and patio that matched the rendering we were presented with. I just want to let you know how happy we are with our lawn renovation. Even though we had been using a commercial lawn care company to fertilize and control weeds, our lawn had been steadily deteriorating. The grass would respond following a fertilization, but it never really thrived.
We called Neave last September, they sent Mario to analyze the problems we were having, and he made several suggestions. In addition to a weed preventative and slow acting fertilizer, he highly recommended aeration with reseeding. Within days of the aeration, the grass seemed to wake up from a “coma”.
As the weeks passed, the lawn began getting thicker and darker green. The transformation in such a short period of time was amazing.
Mario came by this spring to check on the progress and we discussed the plan for this season. We have already had our first fertilizer and weed preventative treatment. We cannot believe it.Not only is the grass still benefiting from the aeration, but I think the trees also had a positive response.
We are counting the days until the next aeration! Mario takes great pride in his work. It’s obvious he loves what he does and enjoys working for such a great company.
